Work Position: Finance Manager
Work Location: Aurora Solar, Mostar
Work Description:
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Develop annual budgets and forecasts based on project timelines, resource requirements, and market conditions.
- Financial Modeling: Create financial models to analyze project profitability, cash flow projections, and return on investment (ROI).
- Financial Reporting:Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and performance reports for management and stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards (e.g., GAAP), tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Project Cost Management:Monitor project expenditures against budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Job Costing: Analyze and allocate costs to specific projects to determine profitability and assess financial performance.
- Cash Flow Management: Predict cash needs based on project timelines and payment schedules; Manage working capital to optimize liquidity and ensure operational continuity.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks of the company and provide timely reminders to the management board.
- Finance team correspondence: Manage and supervise the internal finance team and correspondence with outsourced finance partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or accounting management
- 3 to 10 years of work experience in accounting and financing
- Knowledge and monitoring of accounting regulations
- Work experience in finance consulting and planning is preferred.
- Mandatory knowledge of spoken and written English
