pewag group is currently looking for an experienced Managing Director for a mid-sized company in Republika Srpska. As Managing Director you will be part of an owner-managed group ofcompanies. If you are willing to contribute actively and passionately to the growth of our group,we are looking forward to receiving your application.

Tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the management and development of a manufacturing company
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the production facility to achieve production targets
- Responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) performance
- Development of customer-portfolio by diversification and expansion
- Leading and managing motivated teams
Profile:
- University degree with proven management and commercial experience
- Successful proven management track-record in a company with a focus on production
- Outstanding leadership qualities with a passion for technical processes and customer servic e
- An entrepreneurial and result-driven personality with outstandin g organizational skills and hands-onmentality
- Fluent in Serbian and English is a must
