Country Marketing / Sales Manager BiH
Location: Banja Luka
Main responsibilities and Scope
Manage country marketing programs , and make ongoing adjustments for maximizing sales results
Use data to analyze and make strategic recommendations on new ways to increase sales, develop/manage customer database/analytics
Follow market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals per channel
Managing sales and marketing budgets and budget of local office - distributor contracts as well
Coordinating LSF Zagreb head office and field activities with distributor in order to maximize sales results
Requirements
Sales & Marketing professional with min. 5 years of experience in international company
University degree Business / Marketing or similar
English fluent and MS programs (strong excel analytical skill, SAP operating experience is appreciated)
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
Strategic thinking and creativity
