Once again, this year, GROUPE ATLANTIC has had its Top Employer France certification renewed. This label, awarded by the independent organization Top Employer Institute, recognizes the quality of working conditions and the support given to employees throughout their career with the Group.

Induction, training and skills development, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits, corporate culture... In 2023, the Top Employer Institute analyzed in detail more than 400 of Group Atlantic HR practices.

- Integration +6.64% (integration program, duration, etc.)
- Recognition and reward +5.8% (remuneration, profit-sharing, etc.)
