Candidate Profile for the position of:
Brand Manager
Requirements:
University Degree in the medical or related field (Medicine / Pharmacy / Biology);
Minimum 2 years of experience in the position of Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical market (OTC or dietary supplements);
Marketing and Branding Expertise: A solid foundation in marketing principles, brand strategy and market research. Understanding how to position and differentiate a pharmaceutical brand in a competitive market.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry: Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry landscape, including regulatory requirements, healthcare systems and market dynamics are major pluses.
Driving license - category B, PC operation (MS Office), English language - advanced level.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Participate in the development and coordinate the implementation of the marketing strategy for the products in the managed portfolio:
Propose the marketing budget and monitor its fulfilment;
Monitor and supervise the correct implementation of marketing actions through:
feedback requested from the MSR and ASM teams;
field visits, as well as during promotional campaigns and marketing actions.
Plan marketing materials in advance (Courier 25);
Make monthly medical promotion materials (leaflets, prints, product presentations and iPad & SunMedical Videos);
Propose gifts for medical promotion (GIFT A+ & A) respecting the allocated budget;
Analyse market opportunities and identify successful projects for the assigned portfolio/brands;
Conduct marketing research in order to propose concepts and launch new products, in accordance with the company's strategy;
Monitor the process of creating new brands;
Perform specialized training (product, illness, competing products) for promotion teams and provide them with the necessary informational and material support: iPad presentations, catalogues, brochures, flyers, calendars, posters, etc.;
Train new colleagues from the assigned division, by supporting the induction training;
Establish the Tour-plan monthly, until the 27th of the previous month for the following month according to the company's requirements for this position;
Know and periodically evaluate direct competition by product category and develop appropriate courses of action;
Collaborate with external partners: KOL, medical associations, companies specialized in organizing events;
Participation in national/international medical scientific events for the promotion of the company;
Create materials to promote the company's image at scientific events through:
SWP Conferences
Preparing own and speakers' presentations
Coordination of the organization (dates, locations, menus, etc.)
Maintaining relations with speakers.
